What a great time today at the N. TX IBM Cognos User Group meeting. Capitalize Analytics and IBM hosted the N. Texas IBM Cognos User Group meeting today in the IBM Coppell office. The goal of this meeting was to bring together Cognos users to network with each other and to discuss the latest in Cognos. There were some fantastic and highly informative presentations on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1 combined with Watson Analytics in the Cloud), Cognos Solutions for the K-12 Education and Oil & Gas industries and The 3 Most Underutilized Capabilities of Cognos 10.2.2.
Our guest speaker, Pete Waldroop, CEO at Waterfield Energy shared how Cognos helps give their clients the ability to create comprehensive management dashboards so they can easily see how their business is performing. Waterfield assists their clients with a basic roadmap of how to get started, allowing them to see and visualize what’s possible with Cognos.
