Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and contribute directly to our company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in team oversight, providing guidance and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
- Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to all tasks related to the HR lifecycle, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Participate in special projects aimed at supporting company growth and scalability, including title restructuring/alignment, compensation methodology, process improvement/automation, and system research/implementation.
- Act as an HRBP to coach and guide leadership, establishing parameters for accountability and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, identifying opportunities for positive change and improvement and then helping to enact this change.
- Partner with other HR team members to ensure a balanced workload, always leading with a can-do approach and servant leadership.
- Assist with employee relations, including terminations, performance improvement plan coaching, and disciplinary measures.
- Mediate the professional employer organization relationship, managing annual renewals and leading benefits strategy and negotiation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive HR matters and employee information.
- Lead the preparation and processing of 6 payrolls per month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Help develop and champion diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and
- Focus on constant improvement and scalability opportunities, identifying opportunities to automate tactical processes and tasks.
- Represent the company at industry events such as career fairs and conferences.
- Assist with quarterly/annual bonus and raise calculations/metrics/suggestions in correlation with annual reviews and utilization targets.
- Identify growth opportunities for other team members.
- At times, assist with the onboarding of new hire cohorts, acting as backup as needed.
- Contribute towards team growth by actively particulate in recruiting process as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Education in lieu of experience may be accepted.
- Proven experience in HR management, demonstrating a track record of success and growth.
- Solid understanding of the full HR Lifecycle.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and growth, consistently seeking opportunities for development.
- Uphold a high standard of attention to detail, efficiency, and focus in all HR activities.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism and creativity, adding a unique and innovative perspective to HR initiatives – incorporating your personal brand into your work is important!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to guide and coach team members.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Ability to travel 3-5x annually.
- Eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions.
