Week 1 of 3: Automating Excel Processes – From Hours to Seconds
In our first session, we will bring data from two areas of our HR data sources, Employee Master Data and Training/Certifications. Our goal will be to quickly analyze thousands of employees, determine who has which certifications, and alert our HR managers of any certifications that expire within 90 days.
Week 2 of 3: Automating Compensation Adjustments
In our second session, we will create a baseline for salary increases using employee review results and market rates. This will help us budget for future payroll costs, give managers a starting point for salary adjustments, and allow us to run multiple scenarios across our entire workforce in seconds. By creating this repeatable workflow, our future compensation planning is done for us – we’ll simply run the workflow again to get the new salary baselines!
Week 3 of 3: Predicting Turnover!
