Capitalize is thrilled to offer an exclusive Dual Entitlement Program for our valued Workflow Admin Manager (“WAM”) customers! As a current licensed user of WAM for Desktop or WAM for Server, you now have the exciting opportunity to access WAM for Enterprise – at no additional cost!
This dual entitlement enables you to utilize all versions of WAM – WAM for Desktop, WAM for Server, and now, WAM for Enterprise – on eligible platforms that meet the required system specifications. To take advantage of this offer, simply fulfill the eligibility criteria outlined in our Dual Entitlement Policy below.

Capitalize’s Dual Entitlement Policy details the terms and conditions for our Dual Entitlement Program. You can gain access to WAM for Enterprise (“WAM Enterprise”) by meeting the following conditions:
- Eligibility:
- All current, licensed customers of WAM for Desktop and WAM for Server are entitled to access the WAM Enterprise software at no additional cost, subject to the following expenditure requirement.
- To be entitled to receive a license key for WAM Enterprise, the cumulative expenditure for WAM licenses must be equal to or exceed the minimum tier price for WAM Enterprise. This tiered pricing, based on the number of Alteryx Designer users, is established at the sole discretion of Capitalize.
- Supported Platforms:
- Dual entitlement allows users to operate WAM for Desktop, WAM for Server and WAM Enterprise on eligible platforms, provided that all platforms meet the system requirements outlined for each product.
- Usage Rights:
- The number of seats for WAM Enterprise will be determined by the total number of Alteryx Designer users. Each Alteryx Designer user is granted the right to use WAM Enterprise in Production.
- Use of WAM Enterprise under this policy is subject to all terms and conditions outlined in Capitalize’s End User License Agreement (“EULA”), which can be accessed through the following hyperlink: Workflow Admin Manager EULA.
- Licensing:
- A single WAM Enterprise license key will be issued to each customer who meets the eligibility requirements, which shall be sufficient for full use of the software.
- The terms of the original WAM license remain in effect, and dual entitlement does not modify any existing licensing agreements.
- Support and Updates:
- Full technical support is available for all versions of Workflow Admin Manager under this Dual Entitlement Policy.
- Updates for all versions will be made available where applicable.
- Exclusions:
- Promotional, trial, or evaluation versions of WAM for Desktop and WAM for Server are not eligible for dual entitlement.
DISCLAIMER: This Dual Entitlement Policy is subject to modification at the discretion of Capitalize Data Analytics, LLC (“Capitalize”). The terms and conditions set forth herein are effective as of October 15, 2024, and may be revised or rescinded without prior notice. Eligibility for dual entitlement is contingent upon compliance with all current licensing agreements and payment obligations. Capitalize reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional documentation or proof of compliance as needed. Failure to maintain compliance with any required terms or conditions may lead to the immediate termination of access to WAM Enterprise and the associated dual entitlement, at the sole discretion of Capitalize.
