The Insides Sales Representative will work with and report to the Sales Executive during an exciting period of growth, driving all areas of sales. The ideal candidate is driven, energetic, and dedicated to the growth of the company and our core values. This individual will have strong communication skills and be able to simultaneously support and grow multiple opportunities and projects.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to identify, qualify, and pursue potential sales opportunities
- Conduct market research and leverage CRM tools to identify and potential leads, ensuring alignment with target customer criteria
- Assist in prospecting activities, including email outreach, cold calling, and social media engagement, to build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage smaller-scale opportunities independently, from initial contact through to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business goals
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights, collaborating on strategies, and supporting account planning efforts
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partner representatives to foster ongoing collaboration and mutual success
- Manage customer accounts and conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field of study, preferred
- 1 – 3 years of sales experience
- Proficient in marketing and sales campaigns
- Knowledge around data analytics and business intelligence
- Candidate located in Michigan (Metro Detroit/Grand Rapids area preferred)
